WEEK 14

"Last week of VISUAL COMM class"

PRESENTATION:

1. We will be expected to talk about "What you have learned throughout this process". 
2. Content of discussion should be about below (marking point will be given according to these): 

• your failure in finding the right design solution, the materials, etc. 
• the struggle that you have faced 
• the teamwork communication breakdown 
• the management of the team 
• the testing process, the choice of prototype 
• the turning point of the project 
• the most memorable moments that you have gone through in this project 
• what is fun about this project and most importantly, 
• how you think your project can give happiness to Georgetown?

We are going to school for setup our things on the class for the exhibition on wednesday.. We are prepare all the MaiSat project that we are already done it..

Important Info!!!

LATEST UPDATES AND CHANGES

Due to the RINTIS Final Year Students showcase, the Happiness Project for Georgetown is now being postpone on the setting up to MONDAY 19 MAY.
And our project will be marked between WED 21 May and FRIDAY 23 May.

This is we should include on exhibition:

1. Please do not forget to list down the name of your group members on the exhibition space so that they will be marked too.
2. Please UPDATES your blog so that individually you will be marked. 

Lastly, Our LAST CLASS WILL BE ON THE WED 21 MAY. Please attend the class for our final discussions, comments and critics. Each group will have to give a short presentation of their final work.

All done in One!!..Fuhhh...^_^

This picture shows that I'm making congkak hole for those who can easily play it.. I choose hard plastic to create the hole for congkak hole.. And then I measure the size of plastic so people can easily fit their hand to grab the "biji getah"..

After I'm making congkak hole, I paste instruction games on the mounting board and cut it according that instruction size..And then make it standing..

After I printed my sticker that I have design it, then I paste it on "penutup botol"..

Two of my members group and I are going to print out our task that already given each part.. And buy some material to finish it our project..^_^

I'm designing MaiSat sticker for "buah dam".. We are using "penutup botol" for our "buah dam"..so it look so boring then I suggest to my group members if i can design it.. They said ok..

Final Presentation Happiness Project

Week 12 lecture:Prepare for group, or individual presentation 

Presentation should includes:

1. Project status and how you want to display/exhibit your project.
2. 10 minutes presentation for each individual and group.
3. Prepare slides and use projector to present.

We are waiting to get ready our turn to be present infront of a class.. Wait other groups finishing their presentation..

We are showing our real MaiSat games on A1 paper to Dr Nurul.. Our dam is ok but our congkak its quite small...so Dr Nurul suggest just redo it.. make it a little bit bigger.. then we said ok..Done..^_^

At first i just draw it for fun because i like to drawing.. when Hafiz look at my sketches he said "apa kata lukisan kau ni jadikan maskot maisat kita"..so i said ok.. then Hafiz continue coloring my drawing..

I'm tried designing MaiSat T-Shirt for my group.. I tried many position putting logo on the shirt..

Finally!!!.. we are decided to choose this one...This designing from Hafiz..He was edit back that T-shirt..

Revising MaiSat Games on Second Time

After we are done testing and improving our games.. then time on class we are explaining it again to Dr Nurul what are we get after testing and revising on the second time..we found an error and we solved it...Dr. Nurul said "it's good"... Finally!!our group project accepted..yeay... Well done you guyzzz

This picture shows we are explaining it again to Dr Nurul about our project progress.. After we are done testing it outside of school and we are found some error on it, then we are explaining it how to solve it to Dr Nurul.. and also Dr Nurul help us that she gives some idea to solve it..Thank you Dr Nurul..we are appreciate it..^_^

 

This picture shows that one of my group member show her other material for "buah dam"..it is a "bulu tangkis" but Dr Nurul rejecting it because it using many cost to make it..so we are not going to use it..And Dr Nurul suggest to us to use "penutup botol"..so the problem solve..Thank you Dr Nurul..^_^
